After being referred to The Linen Group by one of our existing customers, The Lowry invited us to tender for their laundry contract The Lowry is part of the prestigious Leading Hotels of The World (LHW Ltd) group which pride themselves on luxury, excellence, and unrivalled customer service; it was without a doubt that our Linen solution had to match these standards.
The Linen Group were excited to show samples of our high quality linen and demonstrate how Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is used throughout the laundering process. Our Managing Director, Tarik Saleem, demonstrated how RFID could produce cost and time savings for the hotel, whilst our investment into the latest laundering technology could help The Lowry reduce it’s carbon footprint and improve on its water usage. This contract is another example of how The Linen Group, as a smaller laundry, can offer a more customised, bespoke linen solution when compared to our larger competitors.
